3.1 User Prompts and Inputs

Your text prompts and inputs are processed by our AI systems to generate responses. We may retain prompts and generated outputs for the following purposes:

  • Service improvement and model training (only in anonymized, aggregated form)

3.2 Generated Content

Images, videos, and other media generated through the Service may be temporarily cached on our servers for delivery purposes. We do not permanently store generated media unless required for content review or legal compliance.

3.3 Uploaded Images

Images you upload for processing are used solely for the requested operation and are deleted from our active servers within 72 hours. Backups may persist for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.

4 Content Monitoring

To enforce our content policies and comply with legal obligations, we employ automated and manual content monitoring:

  • Certain categories of requests are automatically flagged for review, including those related to potential harm, illegal activities, or child safety.
  • Flagged content may be reviewed by authorized personnel to assess compliance with our Terms of Service.
  • Content determined to involve Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities, along with associated account information.
  • We may retain flagged content and associated metadata for a reasonable period to support investigations and legal proceedings.

CSAM violations are subject to zero-tolerance enforcement and mandatory law enforcement reporting under applicable federal law.

5 Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (payment processors, infrastructure providers), under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Safety and Rights: When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of Atlas AI, our users, or the public.
  • Law Enforcement: In response to valid legal requests, or when we detect content that we are legally required to report (such as CSAM).

Atlas AI offers family-friendly services accessible to users of all ages. However, adult-themed features (NSFW content) are restricted to verified users aged 18 or older with a paid membership. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information. Users under 18 who access the platform's general features do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11 Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion:

  • Account data is deleted within 30 days
  • Conversation history is deleted within 30 days
  • Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law
  • Content review records may be retained indefinitely for legal compliance
